Paddle Adventures & Pricing
Listed below are some typical paddles we take guests on. Prices are for 1-4 people, $35 per each additional person (up to 8 people). Includes boats, lifejackets, dry bags, umbrellas, and fishing rod holders if desired.
Please note that we offer trips throughout Maine. The trips listed below are not the only areas we take guests.
To beat the heat (and hopefully the thunderstorms!) we recommend hitting the water at 8:30 am. We are, however, flexible with timing and will do afternoon adventures as long as the weather forecast looks good.
*We allow fishing, but it cannot be the focus of the trip and we cannot give advice as a recreational Maine guide.
Oakland Cove Explorer (2 hours)
This trip is great for everyone of all ages and ability levels. This beautiful paddle explores several coves that are teeming with native ecology.
The put-in/ take-out is on a hill with uneven terrain at water's edge.
Wildlife seen previously include deer, muskrat, beaver, painted turtles, waterfowl, herons, loons & chicks!

Belgrade Paddle & Swim (3.5 hours)
Start your paddle meandering in a stream through the woods, and into a meadow filled with blossoming flowers. Then drift into the swimming beach for a cool- down to soak in the views.
Wildlife seen previously include waterfowl, song birds, herons, muskrat, beaver, painted turtles, and a wide variety of dragon flies!

Belgrade Marsh Adventure (2 hours)
Explore one of the state's designated "area of ecological significance" during this two hour adventure. This paddle is ideal for bird watchers and photographers because of the state- threatened species that nest there.
Wildlife seen previously include black terns, American and least bitterns, sand hill cranes, loons, turtles, waterfowl, deer, and mink.

Kennebec Free Flow (4 hours)
Float down the wide Kennebec River along side jumping sturgeon! This paddle may have small rapids depending on the time of year.

Hoof N' Paddle (4 hours)
Enjoy a paddle in the morning, lunch, then horse ride in the afternoon!
We will start with the 2 hour Oakland Cove Explorer then relax at Stone Grove Farm for a locally sourced BBQ lunch. We will then take the farm horses on a leisurely horse ride.
