• Indoor Arena (proof of strangles vaccine requirement)

• Outdoor Arena

• Round Pen

• 80 acres of trails

• Heated Tack Room

• Full Restroom

• Picnic area with table, chairs, hammock

• Communal fire pit

Pricing:

• Large Lean-to and Paddock (1-4 horses- if they get along!) $25/ night/ horse

• 2 Stall barn with 2 lean-to's that can be outdoor stalls and paddock (1-4 horses after the lambs move to pasture- usually mid May)  $35/ night/ horse

• Camper Hook-up- $50/ night Use of farm restroom/shower or septic tank clearing +$5/ night (subject to change depending on number of guests)

• Primitive camping with use of farm restroom and shower- $20/ night

• Square bales or bag shavings - $6/ bale 

• Deposit of $10 per horse to hold your spot. Refundable up until 30 days before your stay.

Proof of negative coggins  (Maine / 3 yrs ~ out-of-state 12 months) and rabies certificate before arrival. Out-of-state horse owners are required to produce a 30-day health certificate.

Strangles vaccine to use indoor arena and round pen. 

No out-of-state hay please! New weed seeds in our pastures and manure piles are not welcome.
